Forms and documents

For members and apprentices.

The forms and papers people ask the office for, in one place. Applicants: everything you need is on the How to apply page.

Vacation savings

Your employer pays your vacation money into an account at West Penn P&P Federal Credit Union. You need an account there to get it.

For apprentices

Most of what you do day to day — hours, grades, class registration — is in your online account. These are the papers that live outside it.

IBEW Local 712

The credit union

Why it matters

Your employer pays into a vacation savings fund on your behalf. That money is held at West Penn P&P Federal Credit Union in Beaver — the credit union that took over the old Local 712 credit union in 2020. You cannot get at it without an account there.

Joining costs nothing. You put $50 in a savings account to open it and keep $100 in it after that. It is your money.

How to join

There is no online application. Call the credit union at 724-774-9237 and they will mail you a membership card, or fill one in at the counter at 1089 Third Street, Beaver. Bring photo ID.
